February 14. Couples ride on elephants' backs to the registrar, who also sits on an elephant, and sign the certificate there. An annual event, in 2026 also open to same-sex couples. Nong Nooch has run it every Valentine's Day since 2010, but it is announced year by year with a registration deadline a few days before, so the next edition is only listed here once the garden publishes it.
